Do I need to bring my own mat?
No, we provide mats, meditation cushions, chairs, and everything needed for class.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable, modest clothing that you can move and stretch in easily.
Should I bring anything?
We only recommend bringing a water bottle, and perhaps a face towel for yoga classes. A jacket or a shawl in meditation classes is nice to have, but not essential.
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely! Some classes are more suited to beginners than others. We encourage all new students to connect with our teachers first so we can recommend the best session for your level and comfort.
What time should I arrive?
Our doors open 5-10 minutes before class begins. We ask that students arrive on time so everyone can settle into the space together.
How do I enter the Dharma Centre?
Simply enter through the front of the Rosebud Health Store and follow signs through to the studio.
Where can I park?
There is parking available directly out front, with additional parking in the car park opposite the road.
Do I need to mention injuries or health concerns?
Please let us know before your first class if you have any injuries, medical concerns, or anything we should be aware of so we can support you appropriately.
Why are the doors locked during class?
As the Dharma Centre operates within our Health store, the doors are locked once class begins.
