  • Hatha yoga is a traditional and foundational style of yoga that focuses on balancing the body and mind through physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and mindful awareness. The word “hatha” can be translated as “force” or more symbolically as the union of opposites Sun (ha) and Moon (tha), representing the integration of effort and ease, strength and softness. In practice, hatha yoga tends to move at a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing students to settle into each posture, refine alignment, and build a deeper connection to their breath and body.

    This style of yoga is particularly supportive for building strength, flexibility, and stability, while also calming the nervous system. It offers a grounded and accessible entry point for beginners, yet remains deeply beneficial for experienced practitioners who want to return to the fundamentals. Beyond the physical benefits, Hatha yoga encourages presence and inner awareness, creating space for clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of steadiness that carries into daily life.

  • Sacred Yoga Flow is a disciplined, meditative movement practice based on repeated Sun and Moon Salutation sequences, approached as an act of devotion and embodied prayer.

    Through steady repetition, mantra and breath, this practice builds strength, endurance, focus, and a grounded, reverent relationship with body, mind and spirit.

    Suitable for beginners with a good level of fitness.

  • Chakra Yoga is a meditative yogic practice that works with posture, breath, and inner awareness to activate and balance the body’s subtle energy centres.

    Regular practice supports emotional stability, mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and the gradual awakening of spiritual insight.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply nourishing practice using long-held, floor-based yoga postures and sequences.

    The class provides a joyous space to unwind, release tension, and restore balance through stillness, breath, and mindful awareness.

    Women’s only - suitable for beginners.

  • Meditation combines guided instruction with periods of silent practice, using time tested techniques to steady the mind and refine attention.

    Through regular training, students develop calm, focus, emotional balance, and a more grounded relationship with their inner experience.

    Suitable for beginners and casual attendance.

  • Man Yoga with Guy is a strong, disciplined practice, solely focused on men’s physical health, posture, and body awareness through sustained poses and repetition.

    The class builds strength, resilience and joint stability while cultivating a calm, focused mind and a grounded, functional body.

    Minimum attendance is 4 weekly classes.

  • Intuitive Development focuses on deepening your intuition and clairvoyance through meditation and mind training exercises.

    Practised in a supportive workshop style setting, this class explores advanced spiritual topics including mediumship, energy healing and oracle cards.

    Students must attend meditation class prior. All welcome.

  • Buddhist Practice explores the foundational principles that have guided monks and practitioners for centuries, offering practical insight into the nature of mind and lasting happiness.

    Class content is overseen by Tibetan Buddhist Teacher, Rinpoche Sonam Tenzin and delivered by Guy and Michelle.

    Best suited for regular attendance, minimum 4 class pass or memberships, rather than casual attendance.

Ceremony

  • Our Buddhist ceremonies are a living practice, an opportunity to step out of daily life and enter a space of intention, connection, and transformation. Each week, we rotate through practices such as Medicine Buddha for healing, Tara for compassion and support, Manjushri for clarity and insight, and protector practices like Mahakala for strength and removal of obstacles. These sessions include guided visualisation, mantra, and short teachings that are accessible yet deeply rooted in tradition. Over time, the ceremonies build a sense of rhythm, purpose, and inner stability that carries into everyday life.

  • Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) is one of the most revered figures in Tibetan Buddhism, regarded as the master who established the Dharma in Tibet in the 8th century and subdued obstacles to make the teachings accessible. He represents the union of wisdom, power, and compassionate activity, and is often called upon for guidance, protection, and spiritual breakthrough. In many traditions, he is honoured regularlypractitioners may connect with him daily through mantra and visualisation, while more formal ceremonies are often held monthly on auspicious days such as the 10th day of the lunar calendar (Guru Rinpoche Day). For many, devotion to Guru Rinpoche becomes a central pillar of practice, offering a direct link to lineage, blessing, and awakening.

    Students interested in learning more should attend Monday evening sessions.

  • At the beginning of each season, we offer a free Medicine Buddha ceremony as a way to reset, restore, and realign. These sessions are a gentle but powerful opportunity to clear accumulated stress, support physical and emotional healing, and set a positive direction for the months ahead. Through guided visualisation, mantra, and intention, we come together as a community to generate healing not only for ourselves, but for our families and the wider world. Open to all, this is a beautiful entry point into Buddhist practice and a chance to experience the calm, supportive energy of the Dharma Centre.

  • Our Tara ceremonies are a beautiful expression of compassion in action, offering support during times of stress, uncertainty, or emotional challenge. Through guided visualisation and mantra, we connect with Tara’s swift, responsive energy—traditionally called upon to remove fear, clear obstacles, and bring a sense of calm and protection. These sessions are gentle, accessible, and deeply nurturing, helping you feel supported while strengthening inner confidence and trust in your path. Open to all, Tara practice is especially powerful when you need reassurance, clarity, or a sense of being held through life’s transitions.

  • Herbalism and naturopathy-style appointments with Guy and Michelle offer practical, personalised support for your health and wellbeing. These sessions focus on simple, effective changes using herbs, nutrition, and targeted supplements to help you feel better and stay on track.

    Guy works closely with men, supporting energy, stress, and overall wellbeing with a straightforward, grounded approach. Michelle offers intuitive guidance, helping you navigate supplements and tailored wellness programs based on your individual needs.

  • Psychic readings with Michelle offer clear insight, direction, and understanding across all areas of life. Michelle has been able to see and read the aura from a young age, giving her a natural ability to understand a person’s energy, patterns, and life path.

  • Energy Healing with Messages from Spirit is a similar experience to that of a Reiki session, but with an emphasis on chakra balancing, breaking karmic contracts and calling in messages from your guides. This is our most popular form of energy healing, and well worth the experience if you need long-term change. This is suitable for supporting those with chronic health conditions, emotional or stress cycles that need breaking.

  • The purpose of a past life reading is not merely to satisfy curiosity, but rather to gain a deeper understanding of oneself, release any energetic or emotional blocks that may be carried over from past lives. By exploring past life experiences, individuals can gain insights into their talents, interests, and life purpose, as well as the origins of certain fears, phobias, or repetitive patterns in their present life.
